To create a new exercise: go to the \u201cfinances\u201d menu, \u201cexercise\u201d tab, \u201cadd\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the new exercise you must enter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start and end date of the financial year<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The title of the exercise, example: 2023-2024 season<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to manage budgets, you can specify the allocated amount account by account in the “Budget” table.<\/p>\n\n\n

Carryover from previous year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When opening the following financial year, each account must be re-opened with the balance it presented at the close of the previous financial year. It is therefore up to you to add balance carryover receipts to the different accounts that you wish to initialize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
