The Kananas CRM also assists you in the management of medical certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Archiving the Document<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Like any document, you can download the medical certificate in the Drive<\/a>. You can also ask the member to do it from their personal space<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Validity Check<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be alerted when the medical certificate is no longer valid, you need to manage an expiration date. For this, we recommend adding a free field<\/a> of type date<\/strong> in the contact folders, name it, for example, medical certificate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In defining this free field, you can specify the number of months of validity.<\/p>\n\n\n

In use, you will fill in the \u00ab\u00a0medical certificate\u00a0\u00bb field in the contact’s folder with the date of issue of the medical certificate that they will provide you, or you will allow them to do it themselves in their personal space. In this case, don’t forget to check Modification<\/strong> in the setting of the free field<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
