Thanks to the membership cards<\/a> created on Kananas, you have a unique QR code per record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This card can then be printed or sent by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Kananas on mobile<\/a> you can scan your members<\/a>‘ cards using the \u00ab\u00a0scan\u00a0\u00bb button in an activity<\/a> folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each card, you will then have the status of their registration for the chosen activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By clicking on the \u00ab\u00a0accept\u00a0\u00bb button, you will change the status to \u00ab\u00a0present,\u00a0\u00bb and similarly, clicking \u00ab\u00a0refuse\u00a0\u00bb will change the status to \u00ab\u00a0refused.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The member is not obligated to print their card; they can also show you the email you sent them containing the QR code on their phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No More Paper Cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The card can also be scanned with the camera of a smartphone or tablet, and you will then get their membership card with their photo, first name, last name, and status (registration in progress, active, deleted, etc.). Note: each member can also access their QR code via their personal space (menu my card).<\/p>\n\n\n
