You can create personalized views of your contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can select the fields to display and the order in which they should appear.<\/p>\n\n\n

To create a new view click on +View in the tab bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The definition screen for your new view allows you to choose the fields you want to appear in your view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To select the fields, click on them from the left column and drag them to the right column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To remove some from your selection, carry out the reverse operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note that in your selection you have the possibility to change the order of the fields by dragging them up or down.<\/p>\n\n\n

Private view<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you set a view to private only you will be able to see it. Choose non-private if you prefer to share it with other users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attach a filter to a view<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To automatically run a filter each time you click on a view, simply go to the view, set your filter, then click on the “attach filter to view” button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To modify or delete the filter use the \u201cdetach filter from view\u201d link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
