Kananas is a management software<\/strong> of the CRM type (called Backoffice), a website<\/strong> for your communication, and a member portal<\/strong> for your members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every time you create a contact<\/a>, by import, online membership, or manual creation, they will automatically receive information to log into their member portal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A contact can be a member, a volunteer, a parent, a teacher, etc. The types are configurable<\/a> according to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the management software part, the association’s managers can handle members, sales, activities<\/a>, and communication. In the member portal, members can update some of their information, make purchases in the store<\/a>, sign up for events, and pay online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The left menu in the Backoffice will allow managers to access different management areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may appear differently depending on the user’s permissions<\/a>; some menus may be hidden from view.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
