When the product is purchased, Kananas creates an individual pass linked to the member\u2019s contact record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each pass has a <strong>remaining visit balance<\/strong> that decreases as attendance is recorded and entries are deducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, with a 10-Class Pack:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A member purchases a <strong>10-Class Pack<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kananas adds a pass with <strong>10 available entries<\/strong> to their record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the member attends a class, you deduct <strong>1 entry<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their pass balance automatically changes to <strong>9 entries remaining<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each additional class, you record the number of entries to deduct.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the member has used every entry, the pass is marked <strong>Exhausted<\/strong> and cannot be used for another class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also set an <strong>expiration date<\/strong> if the class pack a prepaid class pack<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Kananas, a class pack is configured as a <strong>product<\/strong> in your catalog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a class pack:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Shop &gt; Products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new product or open an existing one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a clear <strong>product name<\/strong>, such as &#8220;10-Class Yoga Pack&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the <strong>price<\/strong> for the full pack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set an optional <strong>expiration date or validity period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Entries included<\/strong>, enter the number of visits in the pack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click expiration date<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can limit how long a class pack can be used by setting its validity period on the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, you might offer a class pack that must be used within a defined season or enrollment period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the expiration date, the pass is marked <strong>Expired<\/strong> and cannot be redeemed for additional classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sell class packs online<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>add a pack from the <strong>member\u2019s contact record<\/strong> in the back office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>let members purchase packs through the <strong>member portal store<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Example: add a class pack to a member\u2019s cart<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the member\u2019s <strong>contact record<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Cart<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click pack purchase creates a pass linked to that member\u2019s contact record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each pack, you can track:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the <strong>number of visits originally included<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>visits already redeemed<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>remaining entry balance<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>expiration date<\/strong>, if applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>usage history<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase appears in the member\u2019s cart. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a member attends a class, you can record their attendance and <strong>redeem the corresponding entries from their pass<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deduction is attached to that member\u2019s attendance record for the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Record an entry deduction<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Schedule<\/strong> and select the class or activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Participants<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open or edit the member\u2019s attendance record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Pass used<\/strong>, select the member\u2019s class pack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Entries
