Il s\u2019agit bien ici d\u2019une premi\u00e8re d\u00e9couverte de ce secteur tr\u00e8s porteur (hors temps de COVID\u00a0!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deux professionnels assurent l\u2019encadrement de quatre jeunes issus de l\u2019Association pour une p\u00e9riode de stage de quinze jours, renouvelable.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les \u00e9ducateurs accompagnent avec bienveillance ces jeunes tout en leur faisant d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019ensemble des aspects du travail en restauration notamment par une alternance d\u2019enseignements pratiques et techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id='gallery-2' class='gallery
