Notre Association r\u00e9pond \u00e0 cette obligation l\u00e9gale et calcule chaque ann\u00e9e l\u2019index d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 Hommes-Femmes pour veiller aux \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations. En 2022, l\u2019association AEPC obtient 70 points sur 100, sur la base des indices calculables. Le tableau ci-dessous d\u00e9taille les modalit\u00e9s de calcul et r\u00e9sultats obtenus. Ces r\u00e9sultats sont diffus\u00e9s sur le site du gouvernement Egapro.
