So, if you want\u00a0to sign up, e.g. for ski classes, you must\u00a0first join\u00a0the club.<\/p>\n<p>The membership<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>is effected via a\u00a0web interface by subscribing to an activity and by paying the annual membership fee.<\/li>\n<li>is valid for one sport season starting on the 1st of September and finishing on the 31st of August of the following year.<\/li>\n<li>expires automatically at the end of the sport season without the need to cancel your subscription.<\/li>\n<li>can be renewed the following season by subscribing to an activity and by paying the annual membership fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To become a member, you must necessarily have an <strong>account<\/strong> &#8211; also called &#8220;Espace perso&#8221; &#8211; with the Ski Club CERN.<br \/>\nThe account must be created before you join the club for the very first time. It remains valid for an unlimited duration.<\/p>\n<h2>A. Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Read the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kananas.com\/skiclubcern\/reglement_interieur-version2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Internal Regulation<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kananas.com\/skiclubcern\/statuts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">club statutes<\/a> (both documents in French, only).<br \/>\nGet familiar with our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kananas.com\/skiclubcern\/data-privacy-notice\/\">Data Privacy Notice.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Check out the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kananas.com\/skiclubcern\/prix\/\">price list<\/a>\u00a0for membership fees and all activities of\u00a0the club.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Only for minors:<\/strong> Fill in the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kananas.com\/skiclubcern\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/882\/2022\/11\/QUESTIONNAIRE-ETAT-DE-SANTE-MINEURS-2022.pdf\"><strong><em>questionaire sante<\/em><\/strong><\/a>&#8221; and depending the results, a <strong>medical certificate,<\/strong> to certify you are able to ski and complete the attestation, in case you want to participate in an activity requiring the &#8220;Carte Neige&#8221; (snowboarding, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring), by following the instructions set out in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kananas.com\/skiclubcern\/cards\/carte-neige\/procedure-for-obtaining-a-carte-neige\/\">procedure for obtaining a &#8220;Carte neige&#8221;<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>B. Account creation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <a href=\"https:\/\/backoffice.kananas.com\/action_manager.php?event=hire&amp;id=3300&amp;s=1&amp;lang=ENG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">registration form<\/a> to open a new account.<\/li>\n<li>A new page will open where you can fill in your personal data. Please mind that once your account has been created, you can change this information in your &#8220;Espace perso&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Only for minors:<\/strong> on the same page you have to upload your scanned documents (medical certificate and questionaire sant\u00e9). In case you want to subscribe to the gym classes, only, or you do not foresee participating in other activities requiring a Carte Neige (please note that the Carte Neige is mandatory for any ski-related activity as mentioned above!), you can upload a blank document instead of a medical certificate, in order to complete the registration. Please do not send the certificate and the attestation by e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>After you have submitted the completed form (with the uploaded documents in case of minors), you will get a message on your screen stating &#8220;Demande envoy\u00e9e&#8221; (Request sent).
