We have improved the membership card based on reading a personal QR code.
With a smartphone’s camera, you can indeed scan your member’s personal QR code and access their photo, name/first name, and status. This QR code can be sent by email, but it is also available in the member’s personal space, which allows you, for example, to present it on your smartphone with the Kananas application.
The fields displayed on this digital membership card are now customizable. To do this, add the fields you want to appear via the settings/options/ My card menu.
With the Kananas application, you can also control entries for an activity by verifying if the person is registered. To do this, scan the cards of your members using the scan button in the folder of an activity. For each card, you will then have the status of their registration for the chosen activity.
