Frequently Asked Questions

How does the free trial work? You have 30 days after registration to test our platform for free and without commitment. At the end of this trial, your account will switch to the Free version. If you do not use your account for at least 6 months, it will be deleted.
Can I retrieve my information? You can export your database or lists at any time, whether to use other software or switch to a competitor, you are not locked into our solution.
What is a contact? A contact is a natural or legal person registered in your database, they can be of different types: member, volunteer, supplier, donor, etc. The different types are configurable.
Can I change plans during my subscription? You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. You will pay the new price for the remaining period of your subscription.
What are the transaction fees? There are no transaction fees, our solution suggests a tip during payment that covers the fees. If the tip is refused, the transaction fees are 2.4% + €0.25.
How is the subscription renewed? At the end of the current subscription, you will be invited to renew it. If you do not wish to do so, simply do not respond. In case of non-renewal, your data will be destroyed 3 months after the end of the term.
What is the personal space? Each contact in your database has access to their personal space where they can update their information, make payments by credit card, and register for activities.
