How does the free trial work?
You have 30 days after your registration to test our platform for free and without obligation. At the end of this trial, your account switches to the Free version. If you no longer use your account for at least 6 months, it will be deleted.
Is it possible to take my information?
You can export your database or your lists at any time, whether to use another software or to compete, you are not a prisoner of our solution
What is a contact?
A contact is a natural or legal person registered in your database, it can be of different types: member, volunteer, supplier, donor, etc. … The different types can be configured
Can I change offers during the subscription?
You can upgrade at any time. You will pay the new price over the remaining period of your subscription.
What are the transaction fees?
They are 2.4% + 0.25€ for European cards, these fees are automatically deducted during the transaction. We have not adopted the system of requesting a tip from the member when paying.
How is the subscription renewal done?
At the end of the current subscription you will be invited to renew it, if you do not wish to do so, simply do not answer. In the event of non-renewal, your data is destroyed 3 months after the term.
What is personal space?
Each contact in your base has access to their personal space where they can update their information, make payments by credit card and register for activities.
