Zapier is an online tool that automates tasks between different web applications. With the ability to connect to over 2,000 applications, Zapier facilitates the creation of automated processes tailored to the specific needs of each user.
With Zapier, all you need to do is create workflows called “Zaps”. You choose a trigger, which is an event in an application such as receiving an online membership on Kananas, and you choose the actions to take after this selected event: sending an email, adding a line in a Google Sheet document, modifying the folder in Kananas, etc.
One of the practical applications we’ve thought of is using Tally to create membership forms whose data can then be sent to Kananas to create a folder. This way, you can have multiple membership forms and different ways of creating the folder in Kananas.
