Kananas association management software allows you to upload documents from your computer to our site (cloud). This allows them to be secured (backups every night) and shared with your contacts.

Attach documents to folders

You can attach documents to the contact, product, and activity folders.
This operation is carried out from the “document” tab for contact or “photo” for products and activities.

Click on “add document”, a window opens and allows you to select the file(s) you wish to download. Note that the file types authorized for download are: jpeg images, Word document, Excel document, Powerpoint document, PDF document.

Members can also download files to their folder from their personal space.

Tip: to select several files use the CTRL key then click on the files.

The Drive

Drive allows you to keep your documents in a safe place and share them with your contacts. Whether it is insurance certificates, diplomas or meeting minutes, the Drive allows you to centralize and secure your important documents. To access it use the documents menu then the drive tab. You can navigate your data tree via the left menu.

The Drive, also called Digital Safe, allows you to organize the structure of your information system by creating directories. You can then upload documents: to do this, click on the +document button.

Share documents with your members

From their personal space your members can consult the documents that you have placed in their file, from the document tab of their file. They can also consult the documents that you wish to share with them from the Drive.

Authorizations are given at the directory level, you must specify which categories of members can view the content by clicking on the rights button for the current directory.
