How to create an automatic email
To do this, use the Communicate/Automatic Mail menu.
Configure your automatic email by selecting the trigger that interests you.
The triggers available to you are:
- Membership
- Birthday
- End of membership
- Product purchase
- Product expiration
- Activity registration
- Contact creation
- Contact moves to active status
- Debtor balance on the 1st of the month

Depending on the selected trigger, additional parameters will be requested.
For the events End of membership and Product expiration, you can specify the number of days before the event date that triggers the email. This allows you to send your email X days before the event.
You can send a first email 30 days before the end of the membership and a second 2 days before. If you enter a negative number of days, the email will be sent after the event.
Automatic emails are sent every night for the events End of membership, Product expiration, and Product purchase, and in real-time for other events.
The « debtor balance on the 1st of the month » trigger can be used to send a follow-up email to contacts with a negative balance every 1st of the month.
