Our servers are equipped with the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. If your browser supports SSL, each transmission of sensitive data is protected by this feature. Most browsers indicate, through an announcement or an icon (for example, a padlock in the lower margin of the window), whether they support the security protocol. The Kananas solution addresses security issues that arise when data is stored on a single computer. Your data is automatically backed up every night by automatic procedures (back-office data). Only Kananas administrators can access it for database maintenance purposes.

The data you entrust to us through our CRM will never be disclosed to third parties.

Our software is collaborative, meaning multiple users can be connected simultaneously.

To avoid concurrent access to a record, the software locks the record you are accessing for modification.

Data Processing

The information collected by Kananas is recorded in a computerized file by KIWI SAS for customer account management.

They are kept for the subscription duration + 3 months, or 60 days for the trial version.

The data is stored in Europe. In accordance with the “computer and freedoms” law, you can exercise your right to access your data and have it rectified by contacting us via the contact form.
