The Kananas CRM also assists you in the management of medical certificates.
Archiving the Document
Like any document, you can download the medical certificate in the Drive. You can also ask the member to do it from their personal space.
Validity Check
To be alerted when the medical certificate is no longer valid, you need to manage an expiration date. For this, we recommend adding a free field of type date in the contact folders, name it, for example, medical certificate.
In defining this free field, you can specify the number of months of validity.
In use, you will fill in the « medical certificate » field in the contact’s folder with the date of issue of the medical certificate that they will provide you, or you will allow them to do it themselves in their personal space. In this case, don’t forget to check Modification in the setting of the free field.
When the validity date is exceeded (date of the field + number of months of validity), a badge will be displayed in:
